Uncle Bud's is looking for a Manager for our Donelson location (2719 Old Lebanon Rd., Donelson, TN 37214). At Uncle Bud's we believe in serving high quality, great tasting fried catfish, chicken, and such. Our guests are everything to us! If we take care of the guest, they will take care of us. Managers will work together to deliver an exceptional experience to every guest, every time. They are responsible for food quality, purchasing, inventory, storage, preparation, sanitation standards, systems management, and cost control of all food/non-food items used in the BOH.

 

Managers follow exact recipes, preparing items of exceptional flavor with perfect plate presentation, expedites food and orchestrates staff during high volume shifts.

Managers are responsible for the hiring, development, termination, scheduling, performance evaluations, communication and ongoing training for all employees.
